Ordering & Payment
Your
account must be paid in full
before any
curriculum kits or supplies will be sent.
CREDIT CARD: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover
(NOVUS), and American Express.
CHECK,
CASHIER’S
CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER: When
paying by this method, please indicate which month you are ordering,
either on the check or money order, or by using the order form located
in the front of each Monthly Curriculum Guide, or click here to print an Order Form(PDF).
COD: We
offer COD’s at an additional cost
of $12.00. Checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks may be used.
PURCHASE
ORDERS: Purchase
orders (PO) are accepted from larger centers, Head Starts, and preschools
that use assigned purchase order numbers. All PO’s must include
a PO number, contact name and phone number, shipping address, and
billing address. All purchase orders must have an authorized signature.
All terms are net 30 days.

Monthly Automatic Shipping
Let us save you a phone call!
At your request we will reserve and ship your kit automatically.
- Your credit
or debit card will automatically be charged the 5th of each preceding
month. Your kit will be shipped within a few days, allowing you
plenty of time to prepare.
- Order
changes and adjustments must follow standard procedures (see
below).
- You must
pay for your kit with a credit or debit card. Checks or money
orders will not be accepted for monthly automatic shipping.
- Subscription
discounts do not apply for monthly automatic shipping.
- Free Music
and Movement CD when signing up for 9 or more months.
Changes & Adjustments
Changes and adjustments can be made by calling us at 1.800.340.8103.
To avoid additional charges, changes and adjustments to your order
must be made prior to the 20th of
the month preceding shipment. For example, if you need to change the
order size for your November Program, please call us prior to September
20th.
Shipping & Handling
- Kits are
shipped approximately one month in advance of use. This may vary
with your order depending on the time payment is received.
- Your order
will be shipped via UPS or U.S. Mail.
- Please
call before 2:00 pm CST for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day
Select services. Additional charges
will apply.
- APO and FPO
addresses are assessed an additional $5.00 shipping and handling
charge.

Cancellations & Returns
To avoid additional charges, cancellations and returns to your order
must be made prior to the 20th of
the month preceding shipment. For example, if you need to cancel your
November program, please call us prior to September 20th.
As we stated in Our Guarantee, we are concerned about your satisfaction.
You may return materials within 10 days of receipt. Kits must be
returned in un-used condition. Personalized items cannot be returned. To return materials, please take the
following steps:
- Call
our Customer Account Department to obtain a Return Authorization
number.
- Ship
your return via UPS or PRIORITY INSURED MAIL to:

No
credit will be issued for packages received Postage Due.
Shortages or Damages
We strive to
maintain high standards of quality and ask you to assist us by inspecting
your order as soon as you receive it. If your curriculum has been
damaged or you are missing any supplies, please contact us immediately
at 1-800-340-8103. All claims for shortages or damaged merchandise
must be made within 30 days of receipt.
