If using a credit or debit card, you may place your order by phone, fax, or internet. To use a check or money order, please remit with a completed order form.

One-Time Order

You may order just one month of Fireflies® or one one 2-Month of Buttercups®. There is no further obligation.

Prepayment Plan

A prepayment is a prepaid arrangement to receive Fireflies® curriculum for three or more consecutive months. Discounts of 10% to 15% apply to the monthly price, not including shipping charges. Fireflies® activity kits will be shipped automatically each month to reach you by the 15th.

A 10% discount will be applied to prepayment of 6 or more kits of a Buttercups® activity kit. Buttercups® activity kits will be shipped automatically to reach you by the 15th.

Prepayment terms, such as number of children and number of months, can be adjusted at anytime.To avoid additional charges, changes or cancellations to your order must be made prior to the 20th of the month preceding shipment. For example, changes to a September kit must be made by July 20th. Call or email and we will update and adjust your account accordingly.

Automatic Shipping

At your request, we will reserve and ship your kit automatically. (Subscription discounts do not apply). A credit or debit card is required when choosing this option. Credit or debit cards are automatically charged on the 5th of each preceding month. For example, September Fireflies® kits are charged August 5th and will ship to reach you by August 20th.

Since Buttercups® is a 2-Month kit, payments are processed on the 5th of each preceding quarter. For example, Sept/Oct kits are charged on August 5th, Nov/Dec kits are charged on October 5th, etc. Kits are shipped to reach you by the 20th. To avoid additional charges, changes or cancellations to your order must be made prior to the 1st of the month preceding shipment. For example, changes to a Sept/Oct kit must be made by August 1st. Call or email and we will update and adjust your account accordingly.

Changes to your order

Currently you cannot make changes to your prepay or automatic shipping order on the website. If you have changes to your order, please call 1.800.340.8103 Monday through Friday  8 am - 5:30 pm CST.

Coupon Policy

  1. Our web site is not integrated with our software. Therefore, the web site will allow you to put a coupon in your shopping cart even if previously used. If you add a coupon to your cart that has been previously used, your online order total will be adjusted to the amount without the coupon and charge accordingly.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, the following will apply:
        a. Limit one coupon per customer
        b. May not be combined with any other discounts
        c. May not be used on previous orders
        d. One time use per coupon
        e. May not be redeemed for cash
  3. NEW CUSTOMERS are those who have not placed an oder with FunShine Express® in two or more years.

Bonus Bucks

  1. May be used with other coupons and gift certificates
  2. More than one may be used per order
  3. One time use per Bonus Bucks coupon
  4. Issed to an individual when the referral orders a regular priced Fireflies® or Buttercups® kit
  5. May not be transferred to another individual
  6. May not be redeemed for cash
  7. Credits will not be issued
