We strive to maintain high standards of quality. However, many of the materials included in each kit are hand-counted. We ask you to assist us by inspecting your order as soon as you receive it. If items have been damaged or are missing, please contact us immediately. We will replace and ship the materials as soon as possible. All claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt.
As stated in Our Guarantee, we are concerned about your satisfaction. You may return materials in resaleable condition within 10 days of receipt as kits are date sensitive. Personalized items and opened CD's cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
